Helena Borody is a Toronto based multi-media artist who specializes in sugar sculpture and has been creating custom special occasion cakes for more than 20 years.

Each component is handcrafted from sugar or fondant or some unique combination of confections. Helena is a well trained artist and graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. Her love of colour, texture and space produces signature cakes that are truly one of a kind.
