"I got in touch with Helena through a friend, and I am so happy I chose to go with her! Her cake was so delicious I had to track down a slice from a guest the next day as I didn't manage to take any home with me (except for the top, which we froze). She makes amazing sugar sculptures, and my guests were surprised to find out the flowers on top of the cake were not real. I didn't have a very specific idea of what I wanted, so I left it up to her mostly and she nailed the design.
